Material Composition
Main Structure of SPC Vinyl Flooring: UV coating, wear layer, décor film, rigid core layer.
UV coating: it is PUR coating, used to protect the wear layer, makes longer life span of the SPC vinyl flooring.
Wear layer: It is transparent PVC film used for embossing and protect the color of décor film.
Décor film： it makes the final appearance of the SPC Flooring.
SPC core layer: the rigid SPC core makes the stability of the SPC Floor, and the strength of the click system.
